My contact information was passed along by the lovely family who purchased a home I recently listed. I received a call from the lady looking to list her home with me just as my parents were coming over to hang out with Theodore, then three days old, for the first time. I explained the situation to my potential client and promised to call the next morning. I did and left a message. By the time she returned my call, “Teddy” and I were back in the hospital because of his jaundice and weight loss since birth. When I found the time and composure to call from the hospital that following day, I learned that she was planning on moving back to her home town after her husband’s recent passing.
